Where inputs are sent to a third-party AI provider, that provider processes the data under its own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review. We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your content to train their models unless you are separately informed and consent.

Countries information may be disclosed to include: The United States of America, The European Union and The People’s Republic of China.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and security requirements, and enforce our agreements. We maintain an internal retention schedule that assigns a period and deletion method to account information, content, connected-account tokens, billing records, security logs, support records and backup copies. We then delete or de-identify information where reasonable and practicable. Before a retention period is changed, we assess the purpose, legal need, user expectation and security risk.
Retention periods can differ by record type. If you need information about the retention period that applies to your account, content or support request, contact us using the details below. A deletion request does not require us to delete information that we must retain, or reasonably need to retain, for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or backup-restoration purposes.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.

- Ask questions about how your information is handled
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. In some circumstances, we may be permitted or required by law to refuse a request for access or correction, in which case we will explain why.
